"Die Techniker" offers its customers a comprehensive digital tool that serves multiple purposes. This app allows you to easily upload receipts for reimbursement, access sick notes, and engage in fitness activities while earning bonus points.

Security

As a statutory health insurance company, "Die Techniker" prioritizes the utmost protection of your health data. Therefore, when setting up the TK-App on your smartphone, we verify your identity. You can verify yourself online using your ID card and PIN through the Nect Wallet app, or by entering an activation code which will be sent to you via postal mail. Ongoing Development

We are continuously working on enhancing the TK-App by adding new features. Your ideas and feedback are invaluable to us, so please share them directly and anonymously through the feedback function within the TK-App.

Bonus & TK-Fit

By participating in the TK Bonus Program, you can earn points through various activities such as membership in a football club, regular dental check-ups, or attending a non-smoking course after New Year's Day. Moreover, thanks to the integration with Apple Health or Fitbit, you have the opportunity to earn points for many other activities as well.

TK-SAFE

With TK-Safe, you have an overview of all your important health data at your fingertips. This includes doctor visits, diagnoses, medications, vaccinations, preventative medical check-ups, and much more.

Please be aware that the TK-Fit and TK-Safe features are currently not available in English.

Requirements

To use the TK-App, you must be a TK customer and have iOS 15 or a higher version installed on your device. Additionally, please note that the TK-App cannot be used on devices with modified operating systems, such as those with jailbreak. For more information, visit www.tk.de/tk/942782.
